The Grove is founded and run by Holly Gibbs, a mentor, educator, and coach who is neurodivergent herself, with 14+ years of coaching, mentoring, and teaching experience. Sessions are one-on-one, built around the specific challenge the client is facing that week — no formulas or generic worksheets.

- Teen Coaching — $150 per single 1:1 session
- Parent Guidance — $175 per single session focused on how best to support your teen
- Parent + Teen Coaching Package — $400 (1 parent session + 1 teen session + 1 joint wrap-up session; themed packages like Transition to College available)
- Adult Coaching — $150 per single 1:1 session (work, job searches and interviews, home, and relationships)
- Gift sessions available at the same per-session prices
