ADHD & executive function coaching for teens

Friendships, school, dating, college applications, first jobs — the teen years ask a lot, and they ask it in a format that wasn’t designed for neurodivergent brains. I work one-on-one with teens with ADHD, autism, and executive function challenges to build the tools and confidence to handle it, their way.

I’m neurodivergent myself, and I’ve spent 14+ years coaching, mentoring, and teaching. Sessions are practical and never clinical — built around the specific challenge your teen is facing that week, not a workbook. Based in New York City, with remote sessions available nationwide.

What we work on

  • Social skills, friendships, and dating — reading the room, keeping friends, handling conflict
  • Executive functioning — starting tasks, managing time and deadlines, homework without the nightly battle
  • Academic success — study systems that fit how your teen’s brain actually works
  • College and career readiness — applications, choosing a path, and the life skills independence requires
  • Self-advocacy — understanding their own neurodivergence and asking for what they need

How it works

Everything starts with a free consultation so we can see whether we’re a fit. From there, single sessions are $150 — no long-term commitment required. Many families pair teen sessions with parent guidance or a joint family package; all options and pricing are on the services page.

Want a feel for the approach first? The resources library has free articles on executive functioning, motivation, and the transition to college.
